Outwith Studio led South Hadley’s Housing Production Plan update for South Hadley, a town of nearly 18,000 people in western Massachusetts. The plan involved a public engagement process, housing need and demand assessment, development constraints and opportunities analysis, and tailoring a set of housing goals and strategies. Architecture and planning firm Utile helped with development scenario analyses for specific housing opportunities.
