Vision Lynn was the first ever comprehensive plan for the City of Lynn. The plan synthesizds the city’s past planning work and crafts a new vision for land use, urban form, and infrastructure. Outwith Studioprovided strategic input on the process overall, produced content for public engagement, led the existing conditions analysis, and crafted a framework for development policy.
