Outwith Studio is assisting the Cape Cod Commission to develop a Regional Housing Strategy for the 15 towns in Barnstable County, MA. Partnering with design firm Utile, Outwith has been assisting the Commission with discrete tasks that will inform the strategy:
- Zoning analysis (inspired, in part, by the National Zoning Atlas)
- Housing preference survey
- Regional housing entities research
- Design guidelines
- Housing finance tools research
- Mixed-use model bylaw
Outwith’s June McCartin provides team-wide coordination and project management and is the lead on several content areas.
