Outwith Studio worked with New Hampshire Office of Planning and Development to develop the New Hampshire Housing Toolbox. This toolbox provides local government officials and housing advocates an overview of available planning and zoning tools to build moreĀ housing, especially affordable housing. The toolbox was developed as part of the state’s coordinated Regional Housing Needs Assessments from its 11 regional planning commissions, and content was developed with input from RPC staff. The toolbox features housing policy descriptions, illustrations, implementation steps, considerations for local officials and activists, case studies, and links to further resources. To develop the website, Outwith has partnered with inclusive technology consultancy Bocoup.
