Vision Lynn is the first ever comprehensive plan for the City of Lynn. The plan synthesizes the city’s past planning work and crafts a new vision for land use, urban form, and infrastructure. Outwith principal June McCartin was embedded on the Utile-led consultant team, providing strategic input on the process overall, producing content for public engagement, leading the existing conditions analysis, and crafting a framework for development policy.
